The brawl broke out almost immediately, as Justice Alito, sitting in the   State of the Union address, noticeably shook his head in disagreement with the President&#039;s comments.

Cong. Ron Paul has gone on record, calling Obama&#039;s comments &quot;an error&quot;.

Not so fast Alito and Paul.
